APPROACH.
THE THEORETICAL FRAMEWORKS I USE IN MY COACHING SESSIONS
I believe that people are unique, innately good, equal and motivated towards self-actualization and self-mastery.

Everyone has free will, strengths, and the innate potential to grow and change themselves to overcome their life's hardships or create the life they desire.

Empowering personal growth for mental and emotional wellbeing is at the core of what I do. My approach is grounded in strengthening the therapeutic relationship I have with clients.

I offer a safe space fostered by a nurturing and supportive online environment where emotions and personal experiences can be shared and processed without the fear of being judged.
